Start your vacation day with our rich and delicious breakfast with regional and homemade products. Try our homemade jams, our Bircher muesli made according to a Swiss recipe or our crispy rolls. Let our coffee machine spoil you with various coffee specialties. Our fairtrade coffee not only tastes good, it also does good. We serve you freshly prepared egg dishes in the morning, from eggs from happy hens from the Knoop organic farm in Mirebüll. Enjoy organic cheese from the Backensholzer organic farm and cold meat specialities from regional producers.

In our light-flooded breakfast room you will find our morning buffet from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

When the weather is good, you can enjoy your breakfast on our sunny breakfast terrace with a nice view.

You can enjoy our “best” breakfast every day from 8am to 10:30am in our light-flooded breakfast room or, when the weather is good, on our sunny terrace with a view of the quiet garden.
