Our coffee machine prepares delicious cappuccino, espresso, or latte macchiato with premium illy coffee – a traditional Italian roast from Trieste since 1933. Alternatively, we serve excellent filter coffee also by illy – classic and full-bodied.
For a hearty start to the day, we prepare fresh egg dishes to your liking – made with organic eggs from Biohof Knoop in Mirebüll. They pair perfectly with award-winning organic cheeses from Backensholzer Hof in Oster-Ohrstedt and rolls and bread from a local bakery.

We serve breakfast daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in our bright and airy breakfast room or – on sunny days – on the sunny terrace overlooking our peaceful garden.
